Printing Preferences

The Printing Preferences dialog box contains the Setup, Print/Encode, and Color tabs.

1 Choose Start from the Windows task bar.

2 Choose Settings and then Printers (and Faxes). The Printers (and Faxes) window

opens.

3 Click once on the Datacard RP90 printer icon to select it.

— The driver must be installed for the printer icon to be present.

— Datacard RP90 U1 is the default name of the printer. The name of your printer

might be different.

4 From the File menu, choose Preferences. The Printing Preferences dialog box

opens.

Setup tab

Click the Setup tab to specify the type of card you are using,

card orientation, and number of copies. The type of ink ribbon

and quantity of ink ribbon remaining are displayed in the Setup

tab information.

Print/Encode tab

The Print/Encode tab contains settings for

print options such as print one side, print both

sides, and encoding options.

Color tab

Use the settings contained in the Color tab to

adjust brightness, contrast, hue, and gamma.

Click the Default button to return to the

printer’s default settings.
